What is the original center of incan empire?

The original center of the Inca Empire was the city of Cusco in present-day Peru. Cusco was the capital of the Inca Empire and was considered the sacred center of the Inca world. The city was built in the shape of a puma, with the main square, the Plaza de Armas, located at the heart of the city.
