What THREE items the Crusaders brought back with them from East?

The Crusades were a series of religious wars fought between Christians and Muslims in the Middle East between 1095 and 1291. The Crusaders brought back many things with them from the East, including:

* Spices: The Crusaders introduced a variety of spices to Europe, including cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and pepper. These spices were used to flavor food and preserve meat.

* Textiles: The Crusaders also brought back a variety of textiles from the East, including cotton, silk, and wool. These textiles were used to make clothing, tapestries, and other household goods.

* Knowledge: The Crusaders also brought back a great deal of knowledge from the East, including advances in mathematics, astronomy, and medicine. This knowledge helped to spur the development of European science and technology.
