Is the Dutch colony part of Pilgrims?

The Dutch colony is not part of the Pilgrims. The Pilgrims were English Puritans who arrived in America in 1620 on the ship Mayflower. They established the Plymouth Colony in present-day Massachusetts. The Dutch colony was founded by the Dutch West India Company in 1624 in present-day New York. The two colonies were separate and distinct entities.
