Was Agrippa forced or offered to build the pantheon for first time in Rome by Roman Emperor Augustus?

The Pantheon in Rome was not built by Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa during the reign of Augustus, but rather under the reign of Hadrian, nearly two centuries later. Emperor Hadrian oversaw the construction of the current Pantheon between 118 and 128 AD, replacing an earlier structure that had been commissioned by Agrippa.
