What concession did the US receive from north Vietnam in Paris peace accords?

In the Paris Peace Accords, North Vietnam agreed to the following concessions:

- Complete troop withdrawal from South Vietnam within 60 days.

- Return of all American Prisoners of War (POWs) within 60 days.

- Allow free and democratic elections in South Vietnam, supervised by an international commission.

- Respect territorial integrity, sovereignty, and political independence of all countries in the region.

- Cease hostilities and negotiate on an equal footing with the South Vietnamese government
