How many people died in Auschwitz everyday?

It is estimated that around 2,000 to 3,000 people died in Auschwitz each day during the Holocaust. However, it is important to note that the number of deaths fluctuated throughout the camp's operation, with some days seeing significantly higher death tolls. For example, on a single day in October 1944, it is estimated that as many as 8,000 people were killed in Auschwitz.
