In the 1890s a few new states in west permitted women to vote?

In the 1890s, four new states in the western United States granted women the right to vote: Wyoming (1890), Colorado (1893), Utah (1896), and Idaho (1896). These states were pioneers in women's suffrage, and their actions helped to pave the way for the eventual passage of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, which granted women the right to vote nationwide in 1920.
