What are 3 rights only for U.S. citizens?

Voting: Only U.S. citizens have the right to vote in federal elections (including presidential elections) and most state and local elections.

Holding public office: Only U.S. citizens are eligible to hold federal public office, such as being president, a member of Congress, or a federal judge. Most states also require candidates for state and local office to be U.S. citizens.

Receiving certain government benefits: Some government benefits, such as Social Security and Medicare, are only available to U.S. citizens.
