Where did Bush get the money for war in Iraq?

The United States Congress approved funding for the Iraq War through a series of appropriations bills. The largest of these was the Emergency War Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2003, which provided $87 billion for military operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and elsewhere. Other appropriations bills provided additional funding for the war, as well as for reconstruction efforts in Iraq.

The funding for the Iraq War came from a variety of sources, including tax revenue, borrowing, and the Federal Reserve. The Congressional Budget Office estimated that the war cost the United States more than $2 trillion through 2024.
