Are south Koreans allowed in north Korea?

No, South Koreans are not allowed to travel to North Korea. The two countries are still technically at war, and North Korea's government is very restrictive about who it allows in the country. Even though the two Koreas have signed an armistice agreement, there is still no peace treaty, and the borders between the two countries remain closed. There have been a few instances in which South Koreans have been allowed to visit North Korea for special events, but these are rare exceptions to the rule.
