What country is not involved in world war 1?

The United States did not enter World War I until April 1917, more than two and a half years after the war began. However, the country had been providing financial aid to the Allied Powers, including Britain, France, and Russia, since 1914. In addition, many Americans volunteered to fight for the Allies, including the famed Lafayette Escadrille, a group of American pilots who flew for France.

So, while the United States was not officially involved in World War I until 1917, it had been playing an increasingly active role in the conflict for several years prior to that. The country's entry into the war was a major turning point, as it helped to tip the balance in favor of the Allies.
