Two long term cause of world war 2?

1. Treaty of Versailles: The Treaty of Versailles, which ended World War I, was harsh on Germany and was seen by many Germans as unfair. This resentment helped to fuel the rise of Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party in Germany.

2. The Great Depression: The Great Depression, which began in 1929, caused widespread economic problems in the United States and Europe. This led to political instability and the rise of dictatorships, such as Hitler in Germany and Benito Mussolini in Italy.
