What countries did US control after World War 2?

The United States controlled the following countries after World War 2:

- Germany: The US occupied West Germany from 1945 to 1949, during which time it helped to rebuild the country's economy and infrastructure.

- Austria: The US occupied Austria from 1945 to 1955, during which time it helped to establish a stable government and economy.

- Italy: The US occupied Italy from 1943 to 1947, during which time it helped to establish a democratic government and rebuild the country's economy.

- South Korea: The US occupied South Korea from 1945 to 1948, during which time it helped to establish a democratic government and rebuild the country's economy.
