How is Medea stubborn?

Medea is stubborn in her determination to get revenge on Jason for betraying her. Despite the pleas of her children and the warnings of the Chorus, she refuses to back down from her plans. She is also stubborn in her belief that she is justified in killing her children as a way of punishing Jason.
