History of North America

What region in general support federalist?

Federalist support tends to be stronger in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and West Coast regions of the United States. These areas are generally more urban and densely populated, and have a higher concentration of industries that rely on international trade and immigration. As a result, these regions tend to be more supportive of policies that promote a strong federal government, as well as policies that support the interests of businesses and the global economy. Additionally, these regions are historically Democratic strongholds, and Democrats tend to be more supportive of federalism than Republicans.
