History of North America

Were there young soldiers in world war 1?

Yes, there were many young soldiers in World War I. In fact, some soldiers were as young as 12 or 13 years old. This was because the war was so devastating, and so many men were killed, that countries were forced to recruit younger and younger soldiers. In some cases, these young soldiers were not even given proper training before they were sent to fight. This resulted in a great deal of loss of life and suffering for the young soldiers.
