Who r kakan rajput?

The Kakan Rajputs are a community of Rajputs found in the state of Uttarakhand in India. They claim descent from Kakan Pal, a Rajput from the Kachhwaha clan who is said to have migrated to Uttarakhand from Gwalior in the 12th century.

The Kakan Rajputs are primarily settled in the Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. They are divided into a number of clans, including the Panwars, the Negi, the Rawat and the Rathore.
