John was the leader of a group of vigilantes who were determined to rid their town of crime. His group would patrol the streets and violently attack anyone they caught committing a crime to the point it made people bleed. When John saw a mugging taking place, he and his vigilantes attacked the mugger so brutally that he began to bleed profusely. They also beat the victim of the mugging, thinking him one of the mugger's associates. This incident led to violence that ended in an all-out brawl and even more bleeding.
