Historical story

Why you allowed to light fireworks or bonfires in world war 1?

It was not allowed to light fireworks or bonfires during World War I. In fact, many countries had strict regulations in place to prevent this from happening. For example, in the United Kingdom, the Defence of the Realm Act 1914 made it illegal to possess or use fireworks or bonfires without permission from the local police. This was done in order to prevent fires and explosions that could potentially cause damage to property or harm to people.
