Historical story

What was hardtack during Christophor Columbus journeys?

There is no evidence to suggest that Christopher Columbus brought hardtack on his voyages. Hardtack was a type of biscuit made from flour and water that was a staple food for sailors in the 18th and 19th centuries, but it is not mentioned in any of the accounts of Columbus's voyages. However, ship's biscuit was brought on all of his four voyages to the New World.
