Historical story

Was Anne Frank separated from her family in the camp?

No, Anne Frank was not initially separated from her family in the camp. She and her sister, Margot, were transferred to the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in Germany along with their mother, Edith, in late October 1944. However, due to the severe conditions and overcrowding in the camp, Anne and Margot were eventually separated from their mother and moved to a different section of the camp in January 1945. Unfortunately, both Anne and Margot died from typhus in March 1945, just a few weeks before the liberation of the camp, while their mother, Edith, had passed away in January of the same year.
