Anne Frank was not involved in the Holocaust. She was a victim of the Holocaust. She was a Jewish girl who lived in Amsterdam during World War II. She and her family went into hiding in the Secret Annex of her father's office building in July 1942. They remained in hiding for two years, until they were betrayed and arrested by the Nazis in August 1944. Anne and her sister, Margot, were deported to the Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in Germany, where they both died of typhus in February or March 1945.
