The human remains of the young man found on Mount Lykaion, Greece
Historians have always been divided on the possibility that in Ancient Greece human sacrifices were practiced, but a recent discovery could support the thesis of those who argue that this happened more or less regularly.
On Mount Lykaion human remains belonging to a teenager who lived about 3000 years ago have been found , right next to an altar dedicated to Zeus.
This is obviously too little to arrive at an incontrovertible truth in this sense, but still a point in favor of all those experts who do not consider Greece exempt from this bloody custom.
