What is the difference from 2000 P D on gold coin?

The "P" mint mark on a gold coin indicates that the coin was minted at the Philadelphia Mint. The "D" mint mark indicates that the coin was minted at the Denver Mint. There is usually no difference in value between a 2000 P gold coin and a 2000 D gold coin, unless one mint mark is significantly rarer than the other.
