Murderers in cassocks and jackals in human skin! North Korean version of the story

A week ago I wrote about the true origins of North Korea and how a bizarre, still clinging to power regime developed there. Now let's try to look at it from the other side:what do North Koreans know about Americans and the rest of the world? What vision of history has been inculcated in them for decades by the regime of Kim Il-sung and Kim Jong-il? My hint is that this is not the same version of the past that you know from history lessons ...

We will once again turn to the book by B.R. Myers "Purest race. North Korean Propaganda ”. The author collected the knowledge read from propaganda materials and textbooks and presented in brief the North Korean vision of the eternal war with the United States. Let's start from the very beginning, when there was no Korean state yet, and the ancestors of the ruling dictators of the DPRK were grazing goats, sheep or some other animals in peace.

At least this is what it looks like from our perspective. According to North Korean propaganda, Kim Il-sung's great-great-grandfather fought the Yankees as early as in the mid-nineteenth century:

Throughout its shameful history, the United States has caused peace-loving peoples around the world to suffer. After wiping the indigenous population from the continent and capturing millions of Africans, the Yankees turned their attention to Korea, sending a warship in 1866 to intimidate the proud nation (...).

To the surprise of the Yankees, the Koreans refused to surrender; none other than the Great-Grandfather Kim Ung'u organized the farmers for the strike that sent the USS Sherman to the bottom of the Tuedong River.

In fact, in 1866 there was indeed an "incident" on the Tuedong River, except that the American ship was sunk not by farmers, but by the military on the orders of the Chinese governor of Korea. But let's go further:

Enraged by the defeat, the Yanks decided to destroy the peninsula from the inside. Working first with landowners and then with the Japanese colonial administration, missionaries scoured the peninsula for conversion candidates to the Christian churches, while committing horrific rapes on vulnerable children.

According to North Korean propaganda, the children were to be particularly vulnerable to the bestiality of the Americans. One of the North Korean propaganda posters shown here.

Let us explain that, according to the Koreans (which is believed not only by propaganda, but also by Myers, ordinary inhabitants of the northern part of the peninsula!) missionaries, called "Yankee vampires", murdered children by injecting them with poisons instead of vaccines. Fortunately, the great hero of the Korean nation finally appeared and defeated the Japanese (exactly like that - if they taught you in school that the Americans won WWII in the Pacific, they lied to you terribly):

In 1945, right after Great Commander Kim Il-sung defeated the Japanese, the Yankees took advantage of the temporary confusion and occupied the southern part of the peninsula. By forming a puppet government in Seoul led by traitor Syngman Rhee, they brutally cracked down on the people's committees that had sprung up across the south - killing tens of thousands on Jeju Island alone - and restored pro-Japanese collaborators to power.

Rejecting the Grand Commander's call to hold joint elections all over Korea, Rhee proclaimed the "Republic of Korea" in 1948

This was not the end, as the sneaky Yankees were just waiting for an opportunity to attack North Korea. If someone thinks that Kim Il-sung has attacked its southern neighbors, and the Americans did not even have larger troops in Korea, then they are - again - wrong. The Great Commander was not only forced to defend himself against the jackals from America, but also ... he managed to win the war against them!

On June 25, 1950, the Yankees and their lackeys launched a surprise attack on the DPRK, successfully repulsed by the heroic People's Army. Desperate Yankees and their valets resorted to massive bombing of civilian targets, but the Korean people did not give up. Ultimately, on July 27, 1953, the United States was forced to sign an unconditional surrender .

Of course, the propaganda fails to clarify one point:how on earth did the Americans, despite unconditional surrender, not give up a piece of "their" part of Korea to the communists from the north? It turns out to be an insignificant detail - it is important that the Yankees have suffered defeat after defeat from then on!

The Korean people will not bow to the pressure of… axes!

This was the first in a long series of defeats by the Yankees. In 1968, an American spy ship sailed brazenly into the waters of the DPRK; he was immediately captured and his crew imprisoned until the United States issued a faithful apology .

A year later, an American spy plane was shot down over Korean territory, but despite Washington's angry grunts and threats of a nuclear attack, the Americans did nothing. In 1976, soldiers of the People's Army in the demilitarized zone were ambushed by Yankee soldiers armed with axes ; The Koreans plucked the axes from their attackers and killed two of them. Once again Washington's barking turned out to be more dangerous than biting.

As you can see, Kim Il-sung did not bow to atomic bombs or axes. All the more, he was not intimidated by inspections of nuclear installations. Let's jump a few years forward until his son Kim Jong-il takes power:

Obviously, the DPRK did not agree that the enemy could reveal more of its military secrets. Washington then announced that it would resume military exercises (...) with soldiers from South Korea. In response, Dear Leader put the DPRK on alert in March 1993, panicking the Yankees .

(...) The Yankees immediately raised the white flag by promising the Leader's diplomatic warriors that they would stop provocations and even supply the DPRK with light water reactors.

President Clinton has personally confirmed his commitment (...) a letter sacrificed to Dear Leader. But despite the humiliating defeat, the Americans continued their plot against Korean socialism.

The United States as a mongrel who can only bark.

Here we come to George Bush's most recent and "axis of evil". What did Korean propaganda write and write about it?

In 2002, their new President Bush reverted to America's traditional strategy of threats and provocations, calling Korea part of the "axis of evil." Dear Leader responded to this tough policy with his own "super-tough" policy, successfully testing the nuclear deterrent factor in 2006. Thanks to this brilliant triumph, Korea joined the club of the world elite (…).

Yankee soldiers torture a defenseless woman. North Korean society is fed by this vision of history.

The Americans got furious again - and crawled back to the negotiating table again. (...) The DPRK's military-driven policy scared the Yankees so much that even in the south of Korea they rolled their tails under each other.

The day will soon come when these jackals in human skin - which have always been the only obstacle to national reunification - will be driven out of the peninsula for good!

Finally, there is only one question that could be asked - how on earth do US and UN diplomats still believe that North Korea can be treated as a normal state and come to an understanding with it?
